A Management Journal invites research papers, abstract of doctoral dissertations and major research project reports, case studies, book reviews and research articles from academicians, professionals and students in the key functional area of management viz. marketing, finance, human resource, information technology, transportation & logistics, energy, environment, healthcare & hospital, retail, production & supply chain and other disciplines which contribute to the advancement of understanding, providing explanation, promoting knowledge and research in the various areas of management and related fields.

The following are the guidelines applicable to contributions:-

1. The contribution must be original in nature and is neither published nor under consideration for publication anywhere else. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article have been given to the publishers, including reprints or any other reproduction of a similar nature and translation.

2. Authors should send the manuscript using International Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship & Technology online submission site. New users should first create an account.

3. Authors should prepare and upload two versions of their manuscript. One should be a complete text, while in the second all document information identifying the author should be removed from files to allow them to be sent without author’s identity to references. When uploading files the author should decline the anonymous version as ‘Manuscript – without author’s identity ’.

4. The manuscript should be accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words.

5. The cover page should contain the title of the paper, author’s name, designation, official address, contact phone/ fax numbers, email address.

6. The author should send a declaration letter stating that the paper has neither been published nor will it be submitted elsewhere till the editorial decision from business perspectives has been communicated.

7. Submission of the manuscript should be in English, typed in the given article style preferably of A4 size. Article should not exceed 5000 words in length including tables & figures. The foot notes should be given only necessary and it should be numbered consecutively using subscript Arabic numerals.

8. While submitting the research paper, authors are requested to ensure that the following have been taken into consideration and specified wherever necessary:

  • The purpose of the study and the prospective readers for whom the paper/ article has been prepared.
  • The significance of the contribution.
  • Approach, context and background to the paper should be explained properly and references should be included as specified above.
  • Policy implications of the study and the identification of future areas of work in the field may be specified.
  • The paper should be structured so that it is presented in a clear and logical manner.

9. Manuscripts will be sent for blind review. At the end of the blind review, the corresponding author will be informed by the editor about the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript. On acceptance, the modifications suggested by the reviewers, if any, are to be incorporated by the author and again submit to the journal e-mail id.

10. The final decision on the acceptance or otherwise of the paper rests with the editorial board and it depends entirely on its standard and relevance. The final draft may be subjected to the editorial amendment to suit the Journal’s requirements.

11. On the acceptance for publication, authors will be requested to provide a copy of their paper in exact accordance with the conventions listed in the preceding notes. If the final version of the paper is not submitted in accordance with these conventions then publication may be delayed by the need to return manuscript to authors for necessary revisions. Authors should note that, following acceptance for publication, they will be required to provide not only a hard copy of the final version, but also an electric copy, preferably in MS-Word pr PDF  format, if possible. Authors will also be required to complete a Publishing Agreement from assigning copyright to the publisher.

12. Corresponding author will receive complimentary copy of the issue containing his/ her article. The co-authors and reprints of articles published in this journal can be subscribed (IJMET subscription form & details).
